Brad writes
entertainment journalism and essays for the online
Huffington Post.
"Development Hell" is a
media and politics column that appeared every two weeks in Los Angeles weekly
newspaper Entertainment Today. First published in December of
1995, "Development Hell" evolved from commentary on the difference
between certain screenplays Brad evaluated and their appearance on screen,
beginning with the release of the film Money Train, which was considerably altered
from its earlier screenplay drafts.
He is also a contributor to weekly theatre trade paper Back Stage.
Brad's essays and journalism have also appeared in such
national publications as
Daily
Variety, Written By, the journal of the Writers Guild of America, New York T.V./film
industry guide Ross Reports, and screenwriting magazine Script.
